Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused.
- It is in its original packaging.
- It is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
